Presenting a Social Capital Management Model in the General Directorate of Education of Kermanshah Province with the Data Theory Approach (Case Study: Primary School Principals)

Purpose: The aim of this study is to present a model of social capital management in the General Department of Education of Kermanshah province with the approach of data foundation theory (Case study: primary school principals). Method: The method of the present study is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of implementation method, with a combined (quantitative-qualitative) approach. The statistical population of the research is in the qualitative part of education experts and senior managers. Using purposive sampling method, 11 people were selected as a statistical sample. In a small part, the statistical population included the primary education directors of Kermanshah province. In the present study, the Krejcie-Morgan table is used to determine the sample size and according to the size of the statistical population, the sample size is also determined. Using Krejcie Morgan table and random cluster sampling method, 332 people were selected as the statistical sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in the qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. In the qualitative part, data coding was performed using MAXQDA software and in the quantitative part, model fitting was performed using confirmatory factor analysis and LISREL software. Results: The research findings using the coding process of the interviews showed that 250 primary codes in the form of the concept of effective factors (causal, context, intervention, strategy and outcome) on social capital management in the General Directorate of Education in Kermanshah province They are effective and finally 191 primary codes were selected as indicators for model evaluation through overlapping concepts and deleting synonymous codes and using the opinions of the tutor. The explanation of the social capital management model was in the General Department of Education of Kermanshah province. Model fit is desirable. Indicators and outputs of LISREL software and confirmatory factor analysis also showed that the proposed model has a good fit. Conclusion: Based on the results, categories of organizational, social and individual factors as causal factors, categories of social ties of employees, cultural and social obligations and sustainable social development as ground factors, categories of requirements and legal frameworks, civic participation networks , Organizational policy program, organizational culture as intervention factors, categories, strategies including knowledge management, organizational resilience, job turnover and organizational participation as strategic factors, and categories of organizational, social and individual consequences as the consequences of social capital management They were introduced in the General Department of Education of Kermanshah province.
